As a commonly used tool for high-altitude operations, hydraulic elevators have the characteristics of high efficiency, good safety performance, and simple operation. Occasionally, they may encounter faults during the operation process. In order to avoid delaying everyone's use, we should master some maintenance tips. Below, we will briefly explain the common faults.

① If the hydraulic lift cannot reach the set height, it is necessary to check whether the hydraulic oil in the oil tank reaches the standard capacity and whether the oil tank is leaking. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, please add 32 # hydraulic oil, which is common in hardware stores.

② There is static electricity in the hydraulic elevator, which causes it to not rise or fall because there is no grounding wire during wiring, causing static electricity in the hydraulic elevator and causing the electrical box to malfunction. Iron products can be used to touch the ground.

③ Hydraulic elevators can only rise, not fall: Check if the solenoid valve indicator light is on, press the down button on the electrical box, and if the light on the solenoid valve is not on, check if the two wires of the solenoid valve are open or loose.

④ The hydraulic elevator trembles and shakes when lifting: Check if there are any small particles or garbage in the chute, and if there is any lubricating oil in the chute. If not, please add it in a timely manner. Otherwise, long-term wear and tear may cause the hydraulic elevator to get stuck and damaged.

⑤ If it doesn't rise or fall in rainy weather, please check if the panel of the rising electrical box is damp: please dry it with a hair dryer.

⑥ When lifting, it can rise normally, but cannot rise or fall halfway: one is due to damage to the starting capacitor, and the other is due to insufficient oil in the hydraulic oil tank.

⑦ If the oil pipe leaks oil, check if the mating interface is damaged, check if the O-ring seal is damaged, replace the seal or replace the mating interface as a whole.

⑧ Hydraulic elevator lifting and self lifting: Check if there is any garbage inside the solenoid valve, such as cleaning with gasoline or blowing off with an air gun;

⑨ Cannot rise, can only fall: Check if the stroke is firmly fastened, check if there is a 5mm stroke between the upper and lower intervals, loosen the small screws on the four stroke covers, and reset the spring inside the stroke.

⑩ The power indicator light of the hydraulic elevator is not on: Check if there is power inside the wall socket, and if there is an open circuit between the tow line board and the plug wire. If the distance exceeds 100 meters, please use a 2.5 square meter power line for lifting operations.
